Simran Dhami is the Director of Records Management for the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights.
She holds a master’s degree in library and information science from the University of Maryland, College Park. Before joining the OCWR in August 2023, Ms. Dhami served as the County Records Officer and Archivist for Fairfax County, Virginia. She previously worked in records management and archives at the International Monetary Fund and at the Associated Archives at St. Mary’s Seminary & University in Baltimore, Maryland.
