Racquel Hamilton is the Deputy Clerk of the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights (OCWR).
Before joining the OCWR, Ms. Hamilton supported Administrative Law Judges at the Office of Administrative Hearings for the D.C. government. She has experience at both the state and federal levels in legislative affairs. Ms. Hamilton graduated from the University of Maryland (Eastern Shore) with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences.
