Lena McMillan is the Budget Officer for the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from Delaware State University. Ms. McMillan has over 28 years of accounting experience, including 18 years as a Senior Accountant with Trade Center Management Associates – Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.
