John Mickley is Associate General Counsel of the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights (OCWR), where he investigates and prosecutes unfair labor practices (ULPs) in the legislative branch. Prior to joining the OCWR, Mr. Mickley spent eight years as a field attorney at the regional offices of the National Labor Relations Board and handled ULPs and representation cases under the National Labor Relations Act.
Mr. Mickley is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Tulane University Law School.
