James P. Butler is an Information Technology Support Specialist with the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights.
A former security engineer in the Information Resource Management Division of the Congressional Budget Office, James has a background in security risk analysis, endpoint security and encryption architecture, and the implementation of virtual private network (VPN) and telework technologies.
James obtained his Computer Technology Certificate from Prince George’s Community College.
