Roberta L. Holzwarth is a partner in the Rockford, Illinois firm of Holmstrom & Kennedy, P.C. and chairs the firm’s Employment & Labor Group. Her experience includes a full range of employment and labor matters before federal and state courts and agencies.
After graduating from Stanford University, she received her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law. A member of the Illinois Bar, Ms. Holzwarth serves as a certified mediator with the local, state, and federal courts.
Ms. Holzwarth was appointed in by the joint leadership of the United States Congress in 2000 to serve on the Board of Directors of the Office of Compliance.
