Your Rights, Your Options: OCWR Confidential Advisor and Dispute Resolution Team Discuss Services and Options for Resolving Discrimination Claims
Have questions about your workplace rights? Join OCWR for a candid panel discussion on how issues like discrimination, harassment, and retaliation are resolved under the Congressional Accountability Act (CAA).
The Confidential Advisor, the Administrative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program Director, and the Deputy Clerk of the ADR program will walk through the full process—from seeking confidential guidance, to deciding whether to take legal action by filing a claim, to what happens next through voluntary mediation or adjudication. Along the way, panelists will use a myth-versus-fact format to debunk common misconceptions about confidentiality, legal representation, and OCWR’s dispute-resolution process.
Registration is required and is available only to current employees of the U.S. legislative branch.
Date: Monday, December 14, 2026
Time: Noon – 1:30 p.m.
Location: West Dining Room on the 6th Floor, Room LM-621 James Madison Building, Library of Congress and virtual on Zoom
