The Congressional Accountability Act (CAA) requires the OCWR (formerly Office of Compliance) to prepare and report on a number of issues affecting the Congressional workplace.

In observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr., holiday, the OCWR will be closed on Monday, January 18, 2021. The office will resume operations on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 9:00 am (Eastern Time).
The office will also be closed on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, in observance of Inauguration Day. The office will resume operations on Thursday, Janaury 21, 2021 at 9:00 am (Eastern Time).
OCWR Operating Status: The OCWR continues to operate during its normal working hours of 9:00 am--5:00 pm (Eastern Time), Monday--Friday. However, all in-person business is suspended. Claims continue to be processed in accordance with statutory deadlines. Please call the OCWR with any questions at 202-724-9250. Your call will be directed to the appropriate person.
