ORDER DENYING REQUEST FOR INTERLOCUTORY REVIEW

On June 25, 2007, the Respondent filed a motion for interlocutory review of Hearing Officer Susan Winfield’s June 15, 2007 order in this matter. Complainant filed her response to the motion on July 2, 2007.

Section 7.13(e) of the Office of Compliance Procedural Rules states, “[T]he Board, in its sole discretion, may grant interlocutory review.” Pursuant to §7.13(e), the Board denies Respondent’s motion for interlocutory review.
