The Congressional Accountability Act directs the OCWR General Counsel to conduct occupational safety and health inspections of the legislative branch at least once each Congress, and to report the inspection results to congressional leadership and the Architect of the Capitol. This report summarizes the findings and trends from the occupational safety and health inspections conducted by the OCWR during the 115th Congress.
