This in-person training session will be held in the Mary Pickford Theater (Room LM-302) on the third floor of the James Madison Memorial Building of the Library of Congress.
This training examines the Congressional Accountability Act’s protections against discriminatory employment practices and harassing behaviors, as well as protections against reprisal. The session also discusses prevention strategies, and the dispute resolution processes and remedies available to covered employees.
Note: Registration is required for this event. This training is for current employees of the legislative branch of the federal government. Registrants who do not use their .gov email address may have their registration declined. This training does not substitute for the House-mandated training for Members, Officers, full-/part-time staff, interns, detailees, and fellows. All other legislative branch staff may check with their employing offices to see whether this training will satisfy their offices’ requirements.
