Jennifer McCuiston manages administrative and operational functions of the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights and works with management to develop and negotiate inter-agency and cooperative agreements. She joined the Office in November 2009 as the EEO Counselor. She worked with hundreds of legislative branch employees prior to transitioning into her current role as Administrative Officer.
Prior to coming to Capitol Hill, Ms. McCuiston worked for years in policy and product development at AARP. She also worked at the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, supporting the Vice Chairman and doing legal research focused on Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) cases.
Ms. McCuiston has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in criminology/criminal justice from Eastern Michigan University. She has also taken paralegal courses at George Washington University.
