Dynah Haubert is a Senior Attorney for the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights.
 
Dynah’s work focuses on Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) public access matters, including overseeing inspection of legislative branch facilities for compliance with the ADA.
 
Prior to joining the office, Dynah worked for eight years as a staff attorney at Disability Rights Pennsylvania, engaging in litigation and advocacy to enforce the rights of disabled people under the ADA, Fair Housing Act, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
 
Dynah is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Temple University Beasley School of Law.
